CannaBee was a weed delivery service that served Toronto, certain parts of Peel region, and Hamilton between 2018 and 2022. As of November 22, they are no longer operating, but it could have started earlier in the year. Their website began exhibiting problems in January 2022 until it eventually went offline in the spring later in the year.

Ruined my day – I have been ordering from cannabee for months and have never had a problem. Today I put through an order at 8:30pm (my usual delivery time). Before they confirmed I asked if they would be here before 11pm, they never responded to my query. They sent the confirmation saying a driver will contact me shortly…well it’s 1234am an I have yet to get a text or anything from them. No only that, I have to be at work by 5:30 am and will not be well rested because I have stayed up waiting for them….and for what?! I’m so disappointed in this service. Don’t order from them, especially if you have a specific time schedule because they will show up whenever they feel like it, if they even show at all.. As for rating, I wish I could give 0 stars.

One of the worst in Canada – They are running a monkey business you go on the website to order something and it will tell you it is sold out yet it is posted on the website he come back to the website after a week or two weeks it’s still on the website and we need to order it this way it’s sold out still they have no control over their website the way they are managing the timing for delivery is horrible and the manager doesn’t seem to care about any of his or her customers it is literally the worst or one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with when it comes down to customer service quality or managing your customers I’ve dealt with them for one year on and off but I am swearing that I would never go back to them it is such a horrible experience every single time you order from them
